  • The customer has attempted to resolve the issue with our support team but has been unable to do so.
  • The customer has returned the product to us in its original condition, and we have verified that it is defective.

1. Please send an email to marketing04@yolopark.com quickly to let us know your return.

2.To complete your return, we need an order number or proof of purchase and appropriate reasons for the return in the email to ensure that your return is properly processed.

3.It takes up to 7 business days to process from the date the item is delivered to our warehouse.

4.The refund will be issued in the same payment method.

Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags and packaging returned.
We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen during shipping. Please keep your postage proof and/or return tracking number when sending your return.

You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Based on credible concerns about potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the item is actually received.
