What Is a Pre-Assembled Model Kit?
A pre-assembled model kit comes with its core structure already built at the factory. Instead of assembling hundreds of individual parts, you'll only need to complete a few simple steps, such as attaching armor pieces, weapons, accessories, or LED components.
Not a finished figure.
Some assembly is still required, giving collectors a hands-on building experience.

Are your products authentic?

This is the official YOLOPARK store, and all products are officially designed and produced by YOLOPARK, and fully licensed by the respective IP owners.
To ensure you’re getting genuine items, please purchase directly from our official website or authorized retailers.
Can your Transformers figures actually transform?
No, they can’t. These figures are articulated display models and cannot be transformed. Each model features multiple movable joints that allow for smooth, dynamic posing — offering great playability and display value.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
All YOLOPARK products are designed and manufactured in China.
For customers outside the United States, orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse.
For customers in the United States, select in-stock items may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse when available. Eligible products and shipping options will be displayed automatically at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
YOLOPARK offers both in-stock and pre-order items..
In-stock items
typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times via Standard International Shipping:
- U.S.: 12–15 business days
- U.K.: 8–10 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- Australia: 8–12 business days
- Germany: 8–12 business days
Pre-order items
will ship once they become available. The estimated shipping date can be found on the product page.
For orders shipped outside the United States, if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items separately, please contact our customer service team before your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the status.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
What if I entered the wrong address?
You can change your shipping address before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately (via live chat or email at marketing04@yolopark.com) to update your address.
Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes, and you may need to place a new order.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Please note that import duties and taxes (including VAT), if applicable, are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination country.
What should I do if my package is lost, delayed, incorrect, or arrives damaged?

If your item is incorrect or arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and provide photos of the package, shipping label, and received items for assistance.
