We apologize, but YOLOPARK.SHOP currently does not offer free shipping. The shipping fee is based on the order weight, destination, and service, and it will be displayed during the checkout process.

Due to official authorization restrictions, YOLOPARK.SHOP may not be able to sell and ship to certain countries or regions. We recommend checking YOLOPARK's official stores on global platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, and TEMU to see if there are any available sales options.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before making a purchase.

Please understand that minor box damage may occur during international shipping. If you would like better protection for the packaging, please contact our customer service to inquire about relevant fees. If you receive a package that is severely damaged, please check if the contents inside are intact. Send photos of the damaged packaging and its contents to cs@yolopark.com via email, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund (if applicable).
